New Church Makes Dramatic Move

GREENVIEW, MO - Lake Hills Community Church is relocating from Osage Beach to Greenview with worship services beginning on March 7. The new church initially opened September 2009. They found after the first few months of operation that most of their attendees and visitors were coming from the west side of the lake. Mike Knapp, pastor at Lake Hills observed, "It appears that we have greater potential on the west side. We're not sure why and it's not what we expected, but we're excited about the move!"

The church considers itself a "young, modern church at Lake of the Ozarks with today's music and relevant Bible teaching." Lake Hills is a Christ-centered church where you can seek answers to your spiritual questions completely without pressure. On their Sunday, March 7 they are introducing LOST, a compelling message series about relationships, themed after the popular TV series. For Easter they are planning a gritty series on death and the afterlife.

Lake Hills Community Church will meet Sundays at 10:45 a.m. in the Eagle Plaza Mall, 8297 N. Hwy. 5 in Greenview (next to Dollar General).
